Brian Plain, CCPS, CFP® is the driving force behind Wolf Financial Management's College Planning Service.  Brian is a Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) and a Member of the National Institute of Certified College Planners (NICCP).  Brian is also a Certified Financial Planner (TM) and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
